Storm Debris Manager gives you the tools to efficiently and reliably track and manage the clean-up efforts.

How does it work?

SDM is built on 3 principles, Adaptability, Efficiency and Reliability. Our unique web-based system is designed to take advantage of traditional ticket tracking methods, such as the 5 part NCR form. These forms have been used in the debris management industry for years and are the de-facto standard for recording haul amounts. SDM integrates paper tickets with advanced imaging and character recognition techniques to allow data to be absorbed and validated within hours not days. The end result is a system that gives virtually real-time information to all project personnel.

Security
SDM was built from the ground up with security in mind. Access levels are controlled from a secure, centralized point. Information is presented to the end user via  industry standard Secure Soceket Layer (SSL) web technologies.

Interface
Utilizing a web based delivery system allows the interface of SDM to be extremely user friendly. Within minutes users can learn the basic techniques to access the information they need.

  • Multiple location design. System can accept scanned images from disaster location or other staging area. Images are then electronically sent back to HQ to have verification completed.
Documentation
Keep track of time sensitive sub contractor and client documentation. SDM alerts you when documentation is out of date or needs other intervention.

Scanning Module
The scanning module is where the rubber meets the road. Standard off the shelf scanners can be used to scan project tickets into the system. The adaptability of the system allows for customization based on the specific project.

Verification Module
Verifying the data is the reason it all works so well. The OCR and ICR technologies do the brunt of the work, and because the system is crosschecking the scanned ticket information in real-time, errors that would normally take weeks to discover are addressed within minutes.

Notifications
